Chef Oan was born and raised in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand — a region rich in culture, craftsmanship, and culinary heritage.
Before entering the culinary world,
he was deeply immersed in the arts, which profoundly shaped his perspective on creativity, composition, and storytelling.
His culinary journey led him to classical French techniques,
which he later reinterpreted through the lens of his
Northern Thai roots.
Chef Oan’s cuisine reflects a balance between precision and emotion, tradition and innovation — where French foundations meet subtle Thai and Lanna influences.
Each dish is approached as an artistic expression,
carefully composed to evoke memory, place, and sensation,
while remaining honest to ingredients and seasonality.
